How long does delivery take after placing an order? +

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 5-7business days via DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Will my eBike and battery ship together? +

Sometimes your bike and battery may ship separately due to shipping regulations. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

Can I ship to a PO Box or military APO address? +

No. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address.

What is your return policy for bikes? +

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if the bike is unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition. Restocking fees up to $300 may apply.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs? +

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the product is defective. All returns must be insured for the full purchase value.

What should I do if my bike arrives damaged? +

Please document any damage with clear photos and contact info@dakeyabike.eu within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement or parts.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return? +

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
