Refund Policy

We aim to provide every single customer with the perfect product at the best price, as well as the greatest shopping experience, so we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods. To qualify for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received — undamaged or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging.

Please contact our Customer Service Department at info@pasebike.eu to approve the return within 30 days. We have helpful suggestions if you are considering a return due to the performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason. Exchange for a product better suited to your needs is also possible.

After the 15-day period expires, the product cannot be returned. All returns must be repacked into the original packaging. Photos will be required as proof, including but not limited to:

  • All bike parts are cleaned
  • The bike is fully disassembled and wrapped with foam paper
  • All separate parts/keys/tools/accessories are included
  • The bike is packed and placed inside the original cargo box

Please contact us and our customer service representative will provide you with a return address. Once your return is received, we will process a refund within 2–3 weeks. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Once processed, it will take 7–10 business days for your bank to apply the credit to your account.


Damage and Problems

Please check your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.


Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.


Refund

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the express company you choose.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

Order Processing & Cancellation

Delivery Processing Time: 2 business day (excluding weekends)

Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their orders for free before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Forcefully cancelling a shipped order requires compensation for shipping losses.
